Planting a Seed
This half term we have been learning about plants. We have been talking about what a plant needs to grow, the names of the different parts of a plant and the functions of each part.
At the beginning of this half term we planted a broad bean seed. Once we did this we left them outside and watched them grow throughout the half term.
Our seeds are now ready to grow.

Continuous Provision
Some of us decided to complete some of the activities that were set up within our environment. We explored where different types of fruit and vegetables grow within the world, we explored the planting equipment, labelled a plant, made our own magnifying glass and then at the end of the half term some of use drew some observational drawings of our plant.
