Help! I Need My Superheroes!

This half term as part of our topic 'People who help us' we have been learning about superheroes! One of our core stories we enjoyed listening to was, 'Help! I Need My Superheroes!' by Webber. We enjoyed discussing as a class who our favourite superheroes were from the story and why. We soon discovered our favourite superhero from the story was 'Barry Burp':

He has a power of which he's super proud ... Barry can burp really loud!

After listening to the story, we designed our own superhero masks. We used watercolours to decorate our masks and enjoyed exploring the different colours we could make when mixing the colours together. After this, we performed our favourite poem we have learnt this half term about superheroes called 'Strength'.
