Pancake Day

To celebrate Pancake Day this year, we read the story 'Mr Wolf's pancakes' and learnt how to make pancakes.  We followed a recipe with the ingredients needed, including flour, eggs, milk and oil. We each took it in turns to mix the ingredients together into a batter. 

The children each took it in turns to toss their very own pancake with the frying pan. 

We then all tried our own pancakes with our favourite toppings,  lemon and sugar and chocolate sauce.
